The Met

Throughout my tenure at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, I produced over 100+ events for all levels of Membership at the Museum. These events included:

The Grand Tour: a 4-hour experience for 3,000 Members and 100 staff members featuring dance performances, live music, tours throughout the Museum, and gallery talks from over 50 curators and 50 docents.

Private Receptions: exclusive access to major exhibitions with a luxury reception involving small bites and open bar. Exhibitions included Michelangelo: Divine Draftsman and Designer, David Hockney, In Praise of Painting: Dutch Masterpieces at The Met, Leonardo Da Vinci’s St. Jerome, Play It Loud: Instruments of Rock & Roll, and many more.

Private Morning and Preview Day Viewings: exclusive access to all major exhibitions before and during Museum hours, including talks from curators and docents.

The Met After Hours: 3 Museum-wide after hours experiences for over 2,000 Members, including multiple receptions, live music and talks from curators and docents.

Young Members Party (2018): ticketed gala for nearly 1,000 Young Members and Patrons of the Museum, themed after Ocean’s 8 movie that was filmed at the Museum.

Private Concert and Lecture series: over 10 private concerts and lectures each fiscal year for the Museum’s highest membership levels, including talks and performances from the Museum’s curators and contracted musicians playing instruments from the Museum’s collection.
