.029 Thomas Falcigno
As an orientation leader in college, I met literally thousands of incoming students, but few compared to the eagerness, energy and sweet personality of Thomas. When we met, he truly had the bright eyes of someone looking to soak up every minute in life, and he’s done just that and more over the years that I’ve known him.
Thomas is such a goofball, filled with the joy and intelligence that making being around him so much fun and fulfilling. He’s a wonderful friend and leader and does such a good job at listening to everyone and being fully present. His compassion and respect for others runs deep through every relationship he has, whether it be with peers, mentors, friends or family. He’s handsome and smart, determined and such a hard worker. During college, I remember looking at him whenever I needed a reminder of the passion and dedication to keep working toward a goal.
Thomas, thank you so much for being such a lovely burst of color in all of our lives. Thank you for sending me the always-funny Onion articles, and thank you for just being a genuinely good person. Thank you for taking advantage of every opportunity in life and for living your life as an example to others. Thank you for being so fit in mind (and body…) and a beautiful example of what it means to grow and develop into a better version of yourself each and every day. I’m so proud of who you are and even more proud to be able to call you my friend. Thank you for being my friend and in my life. Thank you for being you.
