.030 Austin Fremont
Austin is truly a force to be reckoned with, here in New York City and beyond. Prior to meeting her, I was given a fair introduction to her powerful presence and incredibly persuasive personality. What I didn’t know, however, until the day that we met, was that Austin adds to her presence and personality an amazing amount of joy, laughter, and realness to every encounter that makes her so fantastically fun to be around.
For those unfamiliar, Austin runs her own events business here in NYC, and to say that she’s impressive would be a disservice to the incredible work she and her phenomenal ladies (colleagues) do. Austin is seriously a powerhouse of talent and charisma and has a serious knack for seeing both the big picture and the smallest details. She connects so effortlessly with people, and is an expert at taking a vision or idea and bringing it to life. On top of this, Austin is kind and genuine to her core, always looking to do what fits best with her heart and values. She is generous and compassionate in both her friendships and talents. She is also utterly hilarious, with the ability to make an entire room laugh and rejoice in the relaxed energy that she exudes. Above all, Austin is someone I can and always will learn from, through her outstanding career and ability to be a decent human being through it all.
Austin, thank you so much for welcoming me with open arms (literally) and an open mind when I took over for Roger. Thank you for always being supportive of my own personal style while also giving me a nudge in a better and more productive direction. Thank you for the copious amounts of deviled eggs (cc: Courtney), and for the even more numerous moments of true, genuine laughter. Thank you for being such a compassionate leader and for so easily striking the balance of knowing what you want while also being open to new ideas and learning. Thank you for your consistent and much-needed help through my first events at The Center, the much-appreciated late-night food afterwards, and overall for just being such a wonderful person to be around and to work with. I am so grateful that we met and even more grateful that you are a friend to this day. Thank you for being a role model and for inspiring me to work harder and more efficiently, and to laugh a little more while doing so. Thank you for your exquisite fashion and outlook on life. Thank you for being the (truly) one and only Austin Fremont. Thank you for being you.
